We drove east for a while until we reached Ocean Springs and stayed at a nice state park near the Gulf of Mexico and slept the night through.

   

3/31

 We got up in the morning and drove for a few hours to find another coastal campground.  We zipped straight through the rest of Mississippi and reached Alabama within a few hours and found the ocean again. We drove along a scenic highway until we got to Orange Beach and we found an AWESOME state park to stay at that was 5 minutes away from the beach, had a pool, a nature center, a lake, 500 campsites, paddle boarding, kayaking, and zip lining! We checked into a nice campsite and went to bed for the night. We loved Gulf State Park!

We got up leisurely the next morning.  We grabbed a sandwich, picked up a boogie board and hit the beach!  We had a wonderful beach day, and after we were done, we were so tired that we went to bed shortly after the sun!
